Swingarm fixed 😄
So today there was a nice email waiting for me when I got back from work. The guy I took the swing arm too has fixed it, and made a very nice job of it of by the looks of it. The outline of the repair is visible, which he told me prior it would be, because the material used to repair it is different from the material the swing arm is made from. By the time it is anodised and back on the bike, I'd imagine you'll have to know where to look and what to look for to be able to see it ( it's on the inside of the arm ).
He also straightened the bent right hand clip-on for me too.
He's a champ. I'm a happy chappy today. Things are starting to look up 😄

Can't wait to pick it up at the end of next month when I get back from work!!!
In other news, I managed to pick up 2 pairs of brand new, still in the unopened Ducati bags, clip-ons for the Ohlins forks!!! For the grand total of $165 delivered for the lot!!! My lucky day 😄 I also picked up a second hand, but looks like new, right hand drive headlight off a 900 SS in Japan, and a pair of rear sets off the same bike, so I can make one good set of rear sets out of those and my ones.
If anyone is in the market for a good left hand drive headlight, PM me 'cos it'll be for sale now that I have got the correct one.
