Got the 2 bikes out of the shed (so I could work on the Scrambler restoration). 900ss is staying with me while Rob is working abroad. Both fired up and rumbled away to challenge the spring birdsong as being the best music!

We had our first ride of the season last week. I first had to get the 900 SS carb warmed up as they are the ones that dislike staying unused the most. That bike with its original Weber 2-barrels carb is an absolute blast to ride!

MoT’d, taxed, serviced, polished and ready to ride, although the 888 does look like a spare storage shelf at the mo!

In our part of the world, there is still salt being poured on the roads unfortunately. It’s starting to warm up over the last few weeks, so am hopeful I’ll get out on the 888 soon.

Finally got an opportunity to dig the 888 out and get MOT’d (UK road worthiness check) ready for this season. Was really good to have a ride out on her.

Getting off the 851 and jumping on this one makes the 916 feel vey tight and modern. A bit less comfortable too.

I have exactly the same feeling when switching between my 888 and 916 (only a Strada and not a SP unfortunately).

I’ve also not used my DB2 for a while, and just yesterday had a compulsion to go out and source a new battery for it. Hopefully get that fitted this weekend, and get it fired up for the first time in a while.
