Wiring Harness, Seat and Front Subframe
Now it's clean and ready for installation I'll start the process.
Main loom loosely mounted whilst the rear subframe goes on.
Decided to use a second hand, cut undertray for the sportier look whilst keeping the original safe in the loft.
All fasteners replated zinc and yellow with the home plating kit.
New antivibration mounts.
New rear light and indicators.
Coils have been disassembled and the square metal frame that is wrapped around the steel plates that make up the armature have been replated zinc and yellow then reassembled. Can't stop steel plates making up the armature from rusting though.
All connectors cleaned with Servisol 10.
New favourite toy, sorry tool, is the tie wrap tensioner. Ensures all are evenly tightened then cuts them flush in one smooth motion. No more cut and scratched hands from 'snipped' off tails.
