If you have a mill and a lathe, the monster ones are easy to modify to fit Ohlins. My senior memory tells me that you need to bore the top yoke holes-- and turn a set of spacer inserts for the bottom yoke. The factory did this on my '89 Works bike when they went from the magnesium M1R inverted forks to the first set of Ohlins. I have done this a few times when I wanted to put Ohlin FG 9050s on a street bike that had Showa's.
I may have a set of inserts around in my stash that I made up on my lathe - if I can find them.
