Thanks. There may be a couple worthy days, but I'm probably going to shut the 851 down for the season to repair the original tank.
Speaking of which, I can find the old style front straps, but can't remember where I saw the aluminum buttons to weld on the tank. Anyone?

Thanks, that a nice compliment with all the great bikes on this site and I ride it a lot. Are you referring to the "26" numbers in exposed carbon fiber or the ADAMO license plate? In the US, you can pretty much get anything you want if it isn't too long, isn't vulgar, or isn't already taken. My truck plate is DUCATI and the 996R is BLECMO. (You've got to spell it. Faster.)
