Yes, I used a rawlbolt then tapped them out from the opposite sides.

Is the "spacer" between the bearings loose (as it is in a wheel), or is it actually part of the rocker? It appears to be the later, but I was hoping someone knew for sure.

I just stripped my adjustable rocker and the sleeve came out in two pieces...badly chipped on one side. Are there any still for sale or can anyone provide guidance where to head next?
