These use genuine Brembo rotors, bobbins etc on British made alloy centres. ...and would you believe it the centres are exact copies of the original full floaters fitted to the 851/888SP's, apart from the fact that they've been hard anodised a gun metal grey colour, which's the usual colour that hard anodising comes in. The gold coloured OEM centre belongs to Mikesps. I've just looked at the pic's and the centres don't look that silver in the flesh, they're most deffinitely gun metal grey. Steve R

Cheers for that Steve, do you know if the carriers are avail separately or do you have to buy the complete setup? I for one wouldn't mind the grey instead of standard gold plus hopefully with the hard anod finish they might last longer than the goldies!

Hi Andy,
I got them via a mate who lets me use his trade accounts with his suppliers, the other side of the deal is that if one of his customers has a Ducati related problem it's down to me to sort it out.
We've been good mates for years now and he knows that I'm always good for the cash, I just borrow his trade catalouges order the kit using his address/account number and then tell him a parcels on it's way...
I then pop into his workshop armed with the cash needed on my way home from work and pick them up.
Lucky old me it saves me a fortune!
I ordered them from the PDQ catalouge and was told that they came from the official UK Brembo importer, it's recently changed hands after the last importer went 'Tits Up'.

He's in business and sells all of the official Brembo kit/spares etc, but has the centres for the Clubman discs made in the UK.
IMO he'd be a pretty poor businessman if he wouldn't sell just the centres.

I'll try a get the name of the supplier and then maybe we could get a group buy/bulk purchase/deal going.
I'd still be interested as I've just scored a pair of cast iron full floaters that have failed the MOT for free. 😁

On a final note the 'Clubman' discs (intended for trackdays/club racers) were £120 a pair cheaper than the Brembo HPK discs.
The rotors are 5mm thick with a wear limit stamped into them of 4.5mm, I'm not sure what the rotors are made of but my magnet on a stick sticks to them, so they're not S/stainless steel.
They weigh 5oz each heavier than my EBC race discs, but 6oz each lighter than 851/888 Strada OEM discs.

I found someone in the UK a couple of years ago that was making the centres like this (can't remember who now), but they would only sell the complete pairs of discs, not the centres. I am hoping this is someone different.
