I found that non-braided hoses tend to be fractionally larger outside diameter than the braided ones, and on my SP5, that fraction of a difference made routing the hose difficult, so after running a couple of seasons with the (thicker) non-braided, I switched to braided.
I think I found it on eBay, but few places advertise the outside diameter of the hose, which made it tricky to find something that I was sure would work.
