So much stuff to fit in a small place

Still have to tuck in a bicycle speedo somewhere to keep mr MOT happy as well

At the end of the day what do you need?
Rev Counter,
Temp' gauge,
Very small cycle speedo, (which could be included inside the Rev Counter).
On and Off toggle switch.

Idiot lights are called that for a good reason, only idiots need them IMO.
If you can't tell if your bikes in neutral, you need to ride more, oil pressure switch's tell more lies than a cheap whore, (if the bloody thing works it'll be time for a strip down) the factory race bikes didn't fit them, if you can't tell that your lights are on/off or on main/dipped, you need to ride more, flashers? who needs them? Hand signals have worked since the year dot...
I'm sure you've got the drift of what I'm saying here?

I think your Mk1 dash could be made a lot smaller.
My old Bevel (all be it an air cooled bike) runs a Rev counter, push bike speedo and a light that shows the bikes turned on...
It's worked for years with no problems, less is more in this case!

Sorry mate,that's not right.get a corsa dash and fit that.If you want idiot lights fit them into the Corsa dash!

For sure! I'm talking about the 91' style aluminum. I have one from the Polen bike to copy. I also have the newer style carbon to copy(not mine) but I hate working with cloth/resin!

Guy nice attempt. Needs to be lean and mean as Steve says. And now Marvin has come up with the solution. But hey, if you want to go on to the Mark ll for the fun of it, go for it mate. The big points are in making the effort IMO. I think a brushed finish would be nice.

Sure, what's one more! 😁 For this number I will look into getting them lazer cut, will cost about $10.00 each to cut. Anodizing won't be a problem if I can do them all in one batch.
I'm thinking about making the small triangular brackets that mount the front upper fairing too (for myself at least, anybody else?) I can take pics of the original if interested.
