flinty wroteyou are welcome to have a fit up with my SP4 single seat unit. Bike up on the blocks at the moment though, so you'll need to come to me in E9.

Thanks Gavin, but the boys at ProTwins have a SP5 in that I will go and test fit (that's where my bike is right now).
For all of you following this thread, here is the redesigned base in PETG (so a little flex), raised sides (for when a covering is applied and pulls the base into a slight bend) and the frame for those who wish to modify an aftermarket seat.
The seat pad base takes just under 15 hours to print and the frame around 3 hours. due to the material, they need a little finishing, but I use a Dremel with a cutting wheel and it works really well in cutting the groove out of the hook part at the top and removing light stringing from the printing process.
