I joined up here last year and posted for a bit, put some stuff up for sale, and then the weather got nice, work and personal issues arose, and I fell off the face of the planet. Well, work is better (so much better that I'll be racing again this year, more on this in a moment), personal issues keep coming up (oh well, such is life), it's getting warm soon, and race season starts in a hair over 6 weeks.

I apologize to those who contacted me concerning parts who I didn't respond to. My bad, but we have to concentrate on priorities, right? Well, regardless, I will do my absolute best to be prompt in every regard here, and I absolutely assure you that if we agree on a transaction, I will absolutely follow through, in a timely manner to boot.

Anyway, I'm a longtime, avid Ducati enthusiast, and as such, I've amassed a small mountain of miscellaneous parts. I'm also currently sitting at 6 bikes total, 5 of which are Ducatis, and 3 of those are dedicated racebikes. i just rebuilt the motor on one; shortly after, I purchased another, this one:

I had just sold another racebike, and I'm seriously trying to get rid of 2 others, but I just couldn't pass this one up. Now, however, given that I just finished freshening one bike up and I'm really trying to get this new bike ready in time for the season opener, I could use some money. Moreover, I'm just tired of having all this stuff, so here's the deal:

Everything listed here is priced at what I consider to be reasonable amounts. If you agree, great. If you don't, or if you think that the prices are so low as to be suspicious, then that is regrettable, however, these prices are FIRM. I hope that most will agree my pricing is reasonable; moreover, I hope that these parts can come to good use. I'm only posting here first; I will post up on more sites in a week or so, but for now, you get first shot.

I will charge actual shipping, which means if I have a box and packing which are appropriate, I will only charge whatever it costs to ship via the shipper of your specification. If you want it insured, tell me for how much, and pay the additional $$. If I have to buy a box and/or packing material, then that will factor in as well.

Let me re-iterate: all prices are FIRM. I will not even respond to offers, because in my experience, this is what happens:

and then I go burn the part. If it's not cheap enough for you, then don't even waste my time. Sorry to be so blunt, but this has happened to me so often I refuse to even engage in the conversation. I don't need the aggravation (or the $$ THAT bad), so there you go. Otherwise, I'm actually a pretty nice guy IMHO, but I will not constantly renegotiate after an agreement has been made.

No, I don't have the seat cowl or anything else not listed here, at least right now. I'm keeping the frame, swingarm, tank, cans, etc. I do have the rest of the motor, but the cases are junk. Hence, I'd be willing to sell the crank, rods,etc. but I don't have it apart, and I can't say when I'll get to it. I do know I'll be keeping the complete starter assy. (the new bike has none, and I want to reserve the option), if you really want it complete, we can talk, but shipping, well, you know. Or, I'm in the Chicago area if you want to pick it up. If this is the case, let's say 175.00 on the motor.

Also, I have an old Marvic magnesium 3 spoke wheel, 17" x 6", which has a small crack (on the flat area adjacent to the bead, leaks air), maybe you can fix it, or maybe you just want the cush assy, which is intact? It's good, my stupid dogs were just chewing on one of the dampers, I see 4 and the fifth is around here somewhere. Or maybe you want to have the world's stupidest bonfire. Whatever - 100.00 and let's say the wheel is an optional freebie. (The bearings are good, too.)
