henk I have seen 2 top yokes until now with those holes in it. And both times that i have seen them,they where black and had that blue nut on top. So i believe there must be a story behind it. Henk!!!
Mr.R It looks very much to me like someone has F'cked up a perfectly decent Mag' top yoke to accept some high riser bars. Steve R
