It bolts through the water coolant blanking plate ( on the throttle side of the bike on the horizontal cylinder ) and provides support via an carbon 8 shaped plate to the bottom radiator mount. So male thread into cylinder and female at the other end.

The one on the Cabutti drawing is similar but not correct for 926. I really need to borrow one and get some reproduced.

Are you sure it's the bottom rad' mount?
On all the bikes I've seen it's one of the battery crate mounts.
The bottom rad' bracket usually mounts to a lug* on the frame above the battery crate.

Edit...*The Pierobon '94 SBK frames have this lug.

The part you're looking for is usually a Hexagonal section 11mm AF piece of rod, turned down to 6mm so that it can thread into the cylinder, with a 6mm hole threaded in the end that fixes to the battery crate to accept a 6mm fastener.

On my bike I made up a length of 12mm OD alloy rod, drilled through the centre and then tapped it out to 6mm.
Then I set a length of Ti' 6mm threaded rod with "Stud Strength" Loctite into the end that goes into the motor, crossed drilled it to accept a 2mm S/steel roll pin, filed a pair of flats on it to take a spanner so that it cold be "nipped" up using "screw strength" Loctite.
Then used a 6mm Ti' fastener through the battery crate.
Resulting in a strong but lightweight part. 😎

Thanks for that guys, should be able to get some made. Got it in my head that they were radiator support. Bugger. I must have been easy meat when I bought the first bike 5 years ago.
