Davo wroteHelp required, how does the baffle come out of the standard mufflers? I got rid of the dob of weld at the end of the insert, but it won't budge.
Do l need to drill the 3 rivets out and remove end cap. Does that help?

When you only grind off the weld you will still have some of the melted material from both sides. Some more persausion will be required. I would recommend taking the whole silencer apart as you do not want to damage the outer , also you will probably have to repack if it has not already been done. Once the end with the long tube is out you can use some more force. All that unburnt fuel/carbon , over all that time tends to gunge things up as well.
