Jack888 Hey can anyone tell me the damper stroke required for side mount to the 888, Rather get it spot on than end up to short or long, Ohlins part number may also be handy if i decide to go that route but saying that i like the looks of the older plain type ones on the 888 Cheers Jack
dudlington I guess it depends where you mount it. In this set up I have a complete stroke of 95 mm full lock to lock.
Jack888 Ok, Been doing a fair bit of research today and the stroke required seems to be 140mm, Strange most are coming up with very different sizes, Will do some checks before i buy one, Cheers

dudlington Yes it is the Ohlins SD154............of course when I mentioned 95mm this is the movement stroke fron lock to lock..........BUT of course you need approx 20mm each side so getting the full stroke of the damper at 140mm will seem about right.
