I suggested the UK source to make them w SP male and Strada female ends ... would make rod end issue disapear :-)

Now, who make a batch first ? :-)

Thats me just bought a set from Luigi Moto,

He Listed them on ebay for me to keep things simple, £30 posted

I bought some stainless steel hoop ends then drilled out/fitted Helicoil's to the hoop ends and then fitted them.
Now I can use them on either the standard Strada hoop or the SP hoop.
It was a very simple job to carry out.

Just out of interest is the male end on the sp's different?? Is that the only difference to strada and if so is it just the thread thats a different size/ pitch??

Yes Rod End pitch is different for the Race / SP hub.. Hence an adapter would make plenty available rodends fit the sp hub...
