The casings are back
Quick update. Wesley at Hi-Spec Coatings spent ages getting the parts masked, blasted, masked and recoated, but the results are really very good. The silver is a little brighter, but I think is makes the parts pop, plus I also did the heads in silver, instead of the clear lacquer, as it helped give a nice uniform finish.
Cerakote is described as very hard wearing and also extremely resistant to chemicals, so hope to have a coating that will stand the test of time.
I am also adding an oil cooler so have the additional valve cover (thanks to Pete at Pro Twins for finding an original) with the lugs.
