Hi can anyone advise me on the diameter of the original sp5 exhaust headers?? Also photo of bike if possible

SP (2?) 3,4,5 Headers
Pipe : 45 mm
Exit : 50 mm

Canister 50mm all the way

Later versions vertical / rear pipe has CF heat shield studs..

Are the 3, 4 and 5's all exact same or slightly different (interchangeable)?

Interchaneable : YES, front and rear section from SPs can be interchanged..

Exact same ... No, some are missing studs for CF shield (vertical/rear section) and holes for exhaust gas analysis (both sections)

I belive the GIO GA MOTO can be interchanged as well (see foto of this aftermarked set) This one has better passage @ the joint section ...

perfect thanks again for the info, I'm just looking at what options I have as I'm not wanting to go and knacker up low to mid range power, Trying to decide what to replace my small dia strada pipework with

These headers from SIL MOTO comes up from time to time... new or used... (500-800 EUR range)
Think they are good value for money

I have a set of header pipes

Bought these - from someone here I believe - a few years ago. I got them for an 851 I sold over two years ago.

I don't think they are Giaco Moto nor are they spaghetti type, but they are indeed 45 mm diameter. They are ceramic coated in silver and are as new otherwise.

I'd be happy to sell them. $400.00 and I'll cover shipping in the US.

If they have 50mm header connection ? they are very close to the SP5 style .. yet after marked of some sort..
