Termignoni Rivet Bands

I have been having a real challenge trying to get anyone to provide me with somewhere that I can get the Exhaust Rivet Bands from. These are 11mm wide and 311mm long, as in the pictures. Before I go and see if I can get a batch made, does anyone have any idea where I might be able to find them? The Termignoni UK distributor and other exhaust specialists have been unresponsive. The ones from the bike are aluminium, but equally happy yo use stainless steel.

Keep an eye out for Monster S4 silencer re-pack kits as they come with new bands and rivets as well as the stuffing.
You see them on eBuy from time to time.

I will see if the number 1 straps are the same size, but I think they are more likely to be 345mm. I did see these, but my cans are 100mm diameter

I will give them a call. I may see if I can get a laser cutting firm to do a whole load from a sheet of thin stainless. Thanks Stafford.

Getting some Termignoni Style Rivet Bands made

All,

After not being able to find the suitable replacements, I am in the process of getting a load done (as I have to buy a whole sheet of stainless steel).

These are for the 100mm diameter cans and have the 6 rivet holes. If anyone needs them, I will have a load to sell to Ducati 888 and 851 fans (even 900SS/SL people too).

I got the new rivet bands and they are a tight fit due to the extra thickness of the material, so needed to enlarge the first hole by 1mm, but look very good and in the style of the ones from Termignoni. The photo below is of the raw items and they will clean up nicely with a little metal polish. Looking to sell them in batches of 4 with rivets.

I think a fair price for 4 with aluminium rivets is £15 with shipping to be checked to see if I can swallow the cost to send outside the U.K.

A question as Monster Termi's are oval, not round.
They do have six rivets though, and are about 305mm long measured rather inaccurately with a steel tape, which corresponds with a circle of about 100mm dia from Pie Dee.
Should be the same/near enough, so can I have two sets please?
How would you like payment to be made?
