Rearsets off M900 Monster fit 888

I have had several people say the M900 Monster rearsets will fit on an 888. Has anyone tried this, looked into this or had successs with M900 Monster rearsets?

I existing set on my 888 are junk. Need to find an alternative. There are many more options for the M900 than the 888. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Attachments points on frame are same, but geometry of the sets are different. 900ss sets are different too. Aftermarket sets are still to be found, my personal favorite is the SP5 style sets w fixed pegs. Those can be produced from the original brackets, by chopping off the "pivot ears" see my earlier post on the subject. Ciao

I used these on my SP4 and the 851/996. I had them anodised black and they look really good.

Yes I have a set of those on one of my project bikes...... they look and work really good. Good value for money.....

These are listed on Ebay for both an 888 and the 851. Reasonably priced. Very basic, but they got good reviews.

I bought them years ago from a chap in (I think) California. I think they are genuine Ducati Corse items and are a bit like the proverbial hen's teeth! They look an awful lot better than the rubber-covered originals (can't believe Ducati put those on an SP bike...).
