Went 2 fire my 888sp5 not started 4 about 8 weeks. Started perfectt always It won't prime know any ideas checked fuse ok could it b pump or will it be relay is the relay positioned 2 the left Off the clocks under the blanking plastic. How many relays do thay have is it 3 pin thanks

If you don't here the pump, could be relay with fuse under the seat. There are two. One for fuel pump and one for ignition. I forget which is which. Swap them and see if pump turns on. If it does, it was the relay or fuse in relay. (Check fuse first!) It still won't start because your bad fuse is now on the ignition circuit, but at least you know now.
If no pump still, could be bad pump. Remove and test with 12 volts direct. (Away from gas!!!) If pump works with direct voltage, you have bad wiring. Pigtail perhaps under tank? (I had a bad one once!) Check for voltage at connector before you take it out. If you have voltage at run, you have a faulty pump or pigtail. Other than that? Ignition switch/wiring/bad ground or worst case a bad ICU/eprom

Fuel gone off won't prevent the fuel priming pump from running....like the other chap stated,who's replied to your questions ,check your relays and fuses on them..that's the most likely cause.

It was the fuel took pump out soaked in fresh petrol and cleaned tank fresh fuel started spot on
