Just received a new speedo cable but I was hoping there might be some inside information as to how to replace the cable - my hands just don't fit behind the clocks to attach the cable at the upper end. Do I need to remove the clocks or top fairing first or is it just a matter of persistence / small hands?

Just pull off the top part of the fairing and there's more than enough room chap.
The whole job shouldn't take you more than 1/2 an hour.

Thanks - hadn't realised that the top fairing came off so easily. As you say simple once that has been done.
