Tricolore woe's

Hi Folk,

Just rolled out Tricolore intending to run for next month or so, No Start.

Starter solenoid making 12v on out post to starter motor but no joy, suspect starter motor, as I swopped battery over from sp4 and she a goodin.

Question do I seek a replacement starter motor or do I refurb if the option exist ?

experience with similar or general opinion appreciated.

If you refurb/replace you will need to take out the old starter motor anyway. Another 10 minutes and you will know if the bushes are worn or the windings are shot...............then it is an easy decision.

Ground wire connection corrosion? Maybe try swapping the two relays?
