Hi Henk

Some nice pics of Foggy's '92 bsb bike. I maybe putting that paint scheme on a race fairing I am currently putting on the bike. Have you got the orginal high res pics you could post up? Do you know where the pics where taken? looks like a bike show.

The bike is apparently based over here in N. Ireland after being bought at an auction a few years back. Have tried to find info on the bike but nothing yet.

Henk's photos are of Foggy's 1993 BSB, not his '92 bike.

The updated tailsection, and latch on the fuel tank were not incorporated into the Corsa model until 1993.

Hi Jonathan,
Those pictures were taken at the Bristol Classic Bike Show held at the Somerset county show ground at Septon Mallet, a couple of years ago just before the Auction which saw the bike going over to NI.
John Hackett had just finished the ground up rebuild, there was a bit of a debate going on at the time as to just how much of the bike was still as Foggy had ridden it???
Along the lines of just how many ex Mike Hailwood IOM '78 F1 TT winning NCR's there are out there and how many parts from the original bike do you need to actually claim it to be 'That' bike???

Cheers for that info Steve, have not been able to trace the bike over here. (The Ducati community over here is very scattered).

Know what you mean about how much of the bike is org. even in the pics I have of the bike from that year it changed quite a bit thoughout the year (diff frame, wheels, etc). The bike was then ridden by Rutter, and who knows after that.

I have a friend that has interests in classic bike buying/restoring - real big money stuff. You know the type of thing - 1 ex-Sheene 500 turns into 7 or 8. One has the tank the other the fairing etc, etc

loony888 wroteoh of course, it would HAVE to be "mike's" corsa. i guess ferracci only had one fucking bike to share among troy corser and was it jimmy adamo? not too familiar with the AMA series i'm afraid. but hey i reckon an outfit the size of ferracci would be able to spring for at least a couple of bikes for each rider, and a shitload of spares, which makes the idea that the bike in the pic "probably" being yours mike, about as absurd as your stupid moustache! I'M MIKE! I'M A FANTASTIC ENGINEER! AND I OWN THE BEST OF EVERYTHING! OH! AND THAT'S probably MY CORSA! Pleeeeeeeeaaaasssseee!

Time to grow-up Paul..... considering Corser had three FBF bikes he campaigned in 94......the odds are pretty good he's riding the Corsa I have.

DNL, the former Dutch Ducati importer who strangely supplied the bikes for the German Pro-Superbike championship, made them use White Power forks! They were maintained by Mr.Stamsnijder who now runs S.O. Products in Holland. He also used to work for Ten Kate and the former factory Kawasaki Supersport team and took the worldtitle with Andrew Pitt.
