DucFiend Everyone, Two quick questions. What are your thoughts about dealer vs. third party services on your Duc? For some of the major stuff, I've had dealers do the work but service has gone down incredibly while prices have escalated. I'm fed up with the dealers I've worked with. Any input? Also, anyone know a good tech in Ventura County, California? Thanks!
Ian Allen I live in Lincolnshire and use Mark at BSD for my 888, as an ex racer he still gets parts supplied direct from the Factory knows these bikes like the back of his hand and is currently restoring an SP. Contacted the main dealer in Wansford..nobody I repeat nobody could help with any questions on an old bike, Lincoln Ducati are pretty much the same. Previous owner used Luigi Moto and they did a decent job as well by the looks of it.

DucFiend Thanks for the input Guys, Thanks for the input. I found a previous factory racer who really knows his stuff and he has worked out ok so far. I finally took the plunge after looking for a long time and purchased a 1994 888 SPO Limited #17 of 100. It's a dream to ride but a PITA to get parts for. Sagot, thanks for the referral in OC. I will check with those guys when I am down there next month. Any ideas where I can find a replacement seat for my 888?
