Dudlington did not sell the parts, he kept the ones he wanted, as no one wanted to pay the price. What is he supposed to do? Give them away? Sell at a loss? I think this was a private matter and not for a public slaying from someone who is obviously disgruntled at not getting what he wanted at a price he wanted.
