I purchased this GP shifter from them a while back, where it sat on a shelf for a few years. I had it installed on my SPO for a year of sporadic riding before noticing two stress cracks in the unit! Never downed or crashed, just normal shifting on my babied 888😉! I notified MadDuc and they said the part was discontinued (hmm, wonder why?) and they had a few left if I wanted to purchase a new one?!? Purchase a new, discontinued one? For full retail? No thanks! I'll be buying from reputable manufacturers that back up their products and don't try to sell people discontinued, defective junk!
