surfking Hi out there. I'm looking for pictures of Roy Armstrong's 851 from I would expect 1990' l spoke to Paul Armstrong he could barely remember as only very young at the time. Have spoken to Roy since to see if he he can help, but if anyone has any images they could post I would be extremely grateful. Nick

BABA I think I found this picture here on the forum, so the member who posted it should remember who is he. But I think it's Paul Lewis's bike (British BoTT 90) I found pics in british mags where Roy Armstrong still have a 851 kit in 1990 and 91.
BABA The number you have on the frame corresponds to a kit number or an R89, not an R90. So I think they put a spare frame on the bike, may be because he crashed or because they want to upgrade the bike (front angle is different on a 88 bike) but that he never had a "real" R90. You need to find pics from 92 BoTT (I don't have some) to see if modifications were from that year.
