donut I have a new tank and no cap assembly, ?? this tank varies from the earlier 851 and has no holes/threads for a gas cap to bolt in any info would be appreciated Murray
got2Lev8 You can use a fuel cap from 93-02 SS Monster ST2/4 etc. Sometimes you can find complete with ignition so you can use the same key. Just make sure you get the ring with the cap. Robert
