I am trying to get my bike running a bit more evenly at steady speeds so thought I would check out the injectors while the tank was off being painted. The bike has always been a bit jerky on a steady throttle through 30 limits etc but runs ok on the open road when I am on and off the throttle.
I set up a test rig with a battery and a spray can of injector cleaner and the spray pattern looks OK but I noticed that the injectors have different codes stamped on them - they are both the green type but one is stamped 3148/02 and the other is stmped 3158/02,
Does anyone know if these are correct and whether it matters which cylinder a particular code goes to?
