marvin wroteThat nut probably isn't in great condition if some idiot has used a punch on it! I'm pretty sure that I have a couple of pulleys and a nut that I can send you if you want to pay shipping.
And, you generally only put the adjustable pulleys on the cams. If you put it on the lay shaft and move it's position it moves both cams on that belt. Adjustable pulleys are great on the cams but a bit pricey (unless you can get some off of a newer engine). Offset keys work well to degree the cams but are a bit more work.

Marvin,
That would be great! I was actually coming here to post that I could use at least one pulley. I posted earlier about a locknut that had been destroyed by a belt? I also found some evidence of the carnage on one pulley. It's not too bad, but it's there and rather than try to smooth things over I'd rather replace the pulley.
Any chance you have keys for them too? I ordered them but don't know yet if the place has them in stock or will have to order them from somewhere.
When I rebuilt my roundcase a few years back I went through all the acrobatics to dial in some squarecase cams for it. I'm familiar with offset keys (and playing games with timing the bevels to gain degrees here and pull a few back from there...). Heaven help the next guy that works on it if he doesn't figure out why the new marks are everywhere and tries to set it back to the factory marks. It won't be pretty. I told the new onwer baout it but I don't think he understood. In fact I don't think he ever rode the bike but that's a different thread. Anywhos, that experince led to my lust for adjustable cam gears.
