Does anyone have a source in the USA for the bolt that goes through the top triple into the steering stem? Part #080137117 for a '91 Strada

I've found it in Europe but was hoping to save on shipping. I don't really HAVE to have one, I'm looking for a spare to modify... I want to put a RAM mount on it.

I have one that has already been drilled and tapped to 8mm.
