888 Aluminum Subframe

After finding information on the forum about BBB Fabrications, I ordered an aluminum subframe from Steve in early February to replace my crash damaged factory subframe. Since these items are difficult to find, I was very pleased to find this connection on the forum. This is the last part needed for my restoration and I am very much looking forward to the receipt of the part. I haven't heard from Steve lately, but would like to thank the forum for it's support of these Ducati's.

A chap on here, HAGA 40, from Holland makes a fine alloy sub frame, as per original. Supplied with Ti bolts. Very good price. I'm very happy with mine.

I ordered one after two attempts with someone else resulted in a not very satisfactory outcome. In fact I'm still waiting for a part ordered over a year ago, no response to emails.

Thanks for the input. I did receive the 888 Aluminum front subframe and it is good. This is a great forum. Nice Guzzi Daytona!

Just got my 851 mono from Haga40 as well, cracking job. An honest review is that initially it was wrong in a couple of places so Ger has had it back and corrected the errors. Although I've only had a moment to fit it on the frame and pop the seat on top the attention to detail is great along with some very nice welding. Mine has been made with a stronger front tank support to help with the rigours of the Classic TT for this years 2nd bike Katy.
