Today I started my 851 After 5 months Rest.
Started perfectly After a few crank turns with new Gel Batterie, what a hell Sound in Underground car Park.

But the weather is still shit! Hope will Improve soon.

Yes I started my SPO on the weekend!
It made the windows in the house across the lane shake and rattle!!😱
The rain has stopped here in Vancouver for a few days...

I've been waiting for the start of next month to tax my 851, I'll tax it for 6 months that will take me through too the end of the summer.
The weather here in the SW UK has been very on and off, heavy rain, strong wind (killer storms) and hail interspersed with sunshine (sometimes all in the same afternoon let alone day FFS!), but at least they've stopped chucking salt on the roads now.
I really don't want to subject the Mag' Corse outer cases/ covers to salt unless I really have to.😏
Even though I've had to scrape the ice/frost off the seat of my old MZ a few times recently.

All of my efforts lately have been directed towards my '79 900SS, I'd hoped to have it up and running for the Bristol Italian Auto/Moto Festival held towards the end of April.
But I'm waiting on new oil rings and getting the heads back fitted with lead free valve seats.

Servicing bikes ten days ago, I wanted to restart the 888 last week.
But I had some troubles with the battery and I managed to unplugged it before it exploded or burned my wiring, thanks to the fairing which was not installed yet...

I was scared to have a problem with the wiring🙁 but finally try to restart with the M600's battery...
It was just that fucking battery...

Two complete sets of the latest (very thin) OMEGA rings turned up today, just need the heads with the new lead free seats fitted to be completed, then I can start the dry build/final rebuild of the old Bevel.
I'll tax the 851/916cc bike on Friday, then I'll thumb the button and let it burst into life.
I know it's good to go for another few thousand miles at least, it was running as sweet as a nut when I tucked it away late last year.
Here comes summer...😎
