They are normal asking prices as sellers here like to fly their kites as high as possible.
(Even allowing for the currently poor exchange rate.)
Neither will sell.
Importing pre1989 bikes into Australia is easy and not expensive despite what the kite flyers say. But importing post '89 bikes requires a lot of creativity.The import laws will change( supposedly) in a couple of years and the 888s will be fair game. If and when that happens, watch their prices explode overseas, as happened with the old bevels, until they match the Australian kite flyers.
