Mr.R
Get in touch with Gowanlochs or Ian Gowan at Italspares in Australia.
Brook Henry aka V Two is another one to try.
Other than that I'd toddle along to the nearest decent Japanese bike shop and get the guy in the spares dept' to try and cross match them.
You'd be amazed at the amount of genuine Japanese parts, I've managed to fit into Ducati motors over the years.
I don't blame you for wanting to use new, it's the only thing to do reallly IME.
Only this week I removed the top end of my old Bevel 900SS, to find that a smallend circlip had failed alllowing the pin to walk and put two quite deep grooves up the bore...BUGGER!
You've guessed it I'm sure?
I'd reused a circlip because I was in a hurry and couldn't wait to find a new one...That's a double BUGGER!!
It's just cost me almost £200 inc' p+p for a new cylinder liner, that I've still to finish (I've to scallope out the bottom of the liner on both sides to clear the crank flywheels), then after fitting it to the alloy muff pay to get it get it bored and honed to suit the piston.
A LOT of money for such a small failure. 🙁
The old bores hadn't even completely bedded in there's still most of the honing marks in intact.
Have I scored a hatrick of BUGGERS here? I think I have, so that makes a complete BOLLOX!!!
P.S. I'm using Yamaha XS650 smallend pins and circlips in the new Omega race pistons, to save me the expense of having the crank balanced again.
The heavier pins allow me to adjust the rest of the new lighter weight Omega's with a slight modification to the underside of them.
I've used Yamaha XT500 rings in Cosworth race 87mm Bevel pistons in the past.

If you're over in the West try Anthony at Corse Motorcycles in Bassendean...they just did some work on a 749R too..

You could also contact Brad Black at Bikeboy in Melbourne
He might point you in the right direction

Mr.R
You could try Pistal's direct,
or Kamna in Germany who deal in big bore kits and Pistal pistons,
or Omega who made race pistons for Desmoquatro motors, I've found them helpful with parts for obsolete pistons in the past.
I've had a look for you on the Stein-Dinse web site, but all the motors that used 21mm clips come back as no longer available.
Edit..CP Pistons and JE in the States will make any pistons (in batches of 4) to your spec, they come complete with rings, pins and circlips.
So they must have stock of different sizes of circlips, they might be worth an E-Mail.
