851 sp3 Ohlins fork

Hi,

This request is for the 851 sp3 owners and others.

I have recently buy an Ohlins fg9050 from an 851sp3.

Underneath the fork legs, there is a marking of three letters " NOK ", for the brand of the seals I think.

I would know if this is a particularity of the SP3 forks, for all of these forks , if you have this marking also, if it is on sp4 forks, or not.

ducati made a recal in 1992 for sp4 and sp4s,to change ars seals with nok seal.

circolate tecnica 266/1992

in the post who i linked you can find this circolare tecnica.
in mine 9051(888 sp4) the bottom leg is marked "oram"
oram is a official ohlins deleader for the italy.

they mark the leg to indicate it was recalled
