Ducati 851 S3 1989 UK bike for sale

Manufactures 1989 and registered 1990 - genuine UK bike in really good condition. Has 20K miles on the clock and has full dealer history (last serviced at 19K). It was sat for a number of years in a living room but has now been put back on the road (new belts and service). It has lots of old MOT's, dealer service book and Ducati service manual, plus invoices. MOT now expired but will pass no problem. Not messed with and very genuine. Divorce forces sale 🙁

That really is a very nice looking bike. I have a soft spot for 89's, and figure you're only parting with it under duress. I'm not familiar with the "S3" as part of the model designation, is that something specific to the U.K.?

Hi Bill, yes only selling under duress. I am really not sure about the S3, I would think that it's a European model designation but I am sure that someone on here will tell us. If you need any further details let me know.

I am no expert on the model designation but my 1989 model 851 also has the S3 code so think that is correct.

IIRC? All the 851 Strada's are S3's.
