Help from an Italian member wanted

hello to anyone from italy with some time to waste in my name.

i am wanting to buy a fairing and bracket from paolo at tex designs. he has told me that he can only sell inside italy at the moment, or i can buy from bellisimoto in the usa. bellisimoto are asking at least twice as much as paolo is.

i want to buy the MR-04 front fairing and the mounting kit to suit. i know the fairing is 300 euro, but i don't know how much the mounting kit is. it is this mount that i need - https://www.facebook.com/S4R.Tex/pho...type=3&theater

if anyone has the time to waste i need to find out the cost of the bracket and postage inside italy to you, and also if the box will be able to be posted interntionally (depends on size) to australia and, if so, how much that would cost. i am happy to pay for time taken/wasted.

i may have offended him by inferring that i may modify the fairing. i think i used the word "cut". he seemed less inclined to be involved after i did that.

a package about 2/3kg from italy to australia cost about 50/60 euro(73/88 aud)

are there any size limits on boxes sent out of italy? we have a girth limit here - width + width + height + height - of 140cm. which can be a real pita.

min box:
23,5cm x 12cm x 3mm th

max boxes:
max lenght: 150cm but lenght+base+side =225cm max

postal worker are very( :/ )accurate.

to send in australia i must write :

Hi Brad...Was there an export tax coming out of Italy for the box?

i signed the box as "used parts not for future sale".
i think no tax for these.

in the customer paper i can choose for:
-parts for future sale
-parts not for future sale
-new item for sale

i've got the commercial invoice with my name,and i send the parts as "used parts not for future sale"
