Hi Danio, it seems to be in line with what's being asked recently. Especially if the condition is as good as you describe. It's a bag of money....but as the saying goes; if you don't like this one you could always buy the other one for sale....
There just aren't that many around that haven't found their way to collections.
However, it's alway hard to know if the asking prices are being met.
Good luck with your potential purchase.

Advertised vs actual?
FWIW I bought my 851 kit for £20k, it was the last one to leave the factory and was complete, original and verified genuine. It had all the stamps and marks and parts it should have had and there are many stradas made to look like kits or even wearing kit genuine bodywork that simply are not the real thing.
When I needed to sell it,note the 'needed' bit, I couldn't find a buyer in a year of trying despite its provenance and quality, plus the extra £2k I'd spent on it in servicing and replacement parts to make it really mint. I ended up selling for £15k gap out of necessity as that was the best I could get for it.
I think there is a big difference between advertised prices for these things and actual sale price and there are also a lot of fakes out there too....25k euros sounds steep to me....

I'm really sorry that you lost money with your KIT, at 20k I would have bought it right away!!!
But now I have a doubt, Your KIT was regular for Street use? wich misure of wheels you had in the documents?
The seller tell that only 18 KIT was registered for street use but with 16" wheels on documents so in Italy it is not legal for street use because teh 17" wheel are not on documents.
