It has been brought to my attention that I may have offended some members in regards to upgrading to newer bikes. My 851 is my first Ducati. I chose to buy this model to see what it was like because it was their first super bike and won so many world championship's with it. I don't think of this as a stepping stone in any way. I like it's classic looks and everything about it. I don't know when I will move up to a 888, but plan on owning either of the 2 for years to come and am sorry if I offended anyone. Thanks!
