A nice pair of Rox Risers arrived for me😁

The 950SM has always given me a bit of grief as the bars are either too close or at a weird angle if I push them forward.

Just been for the traditional boxing day blast - forgot my neck warmer, lucky my head did not snap off with the cold ...

But so far so good and the shiny bits really do allow loads of adjustment while still keeping the grips at a comfortable angle - recommended

I tend to wait until I'm working overseas (Africa mainly) and there are always plenty of AK's around

Play vinyl? Music? If so, yes, guitar player, builder for many years.

I bet there are a lot of AK's in Africa!! Yes, I am into guns. Mostly bolt guns on 98 Mauser actions. My favorite is one my Brother made for me, 6.5-06 Ackley Improved, heavy fluted barell. I am presently working on a 22-250 Ackley Improved, still have to carve a stock etc.

AK's are really amazing. It's mind boggling that such a piece of junk can work so flawlessly!! I am building up a "G" kit, US made receiver flat. I still have to harden rails ,ejector,weld up the stainless tank so I can parkerize it.

Santa Claus was very generous this year... In fact I have well paid him !!

I have received some 851 parts (sensors, tank breathing valves, fairing bracket, rear swing arm plates, calorstat, water pipes, power group element, etc...)
An ergal pulleys kit.

And an 888 öhlins rear shock (that I need to send to öhlins for renovating it totally)

And my father started to machine the parts I have drawn...😝
To complete the lightened pulleys : aluminium spacers home made kit (-135grs)

Titanium TA6V tensioner mobile axle, with its ergal excentric 😱
(steady axle will be done after in titanium too)

Ergal Racing front axle and threaded bush... only 210 gr (not finished it just misses the castellated form)

Steel plugs will be changed for aluminium version... 75gr saved on these three first plugs (by pass, locking gear box, and left side half crankcase) the others will be made after.

All for my 851 Racing...😎

Richard Adams at Maxton had his little elves doing overtime to produce a set of internals for the M1Rs and a new rear shock; both for the DB1.

Well, I was not sure santa would show up so I bought my self a cheap 848 to replace the 748R as a track bike. The 748R will be a back up if I don´t like the 848.
My 888/1026 will be used on some trackdays as well.

I have allready got ligher wheel, rear ohlins, racetech fork upgrade, brake upgrade etc. for 848.
Its much more fun with 888 on the track but I would hate to trash it...
