Phil911 Phil, do you know more about the frame? ---> Any info about it ... What is special about it since it's changed for endurance? ---> That's what I'm wondering too ??? Does this mean that you can't use it with a "normal" racing fairing? ---> Any reason. Both lateral welded brackets are present. I've seen many different 851/888 frames but that one is strange about a couple of details : Close to the steering column, the frame is welded like 851 (bended on 888), but if you observe the footpegs holder, they look like 888, not 851 ??? Phil911
griff851 Looks like a steering damper lug has been welded on. The 851 has it on top of the tube. Griff
Nux You are correct Phil, it is strange that this frame is welded and not bended. Apart from that, I don't see a difference, except for the things I marked on the picture below: Would that be a major issue for stability?
Phil911 However, there's one very important : Steering column angle !!! 22°30' on Racing compare to 24°30' on Strada and SP !!! Phil911
