After days of messing about Carole Nash now say they cannot insure the bike with performance mods and with a daylight MOT after initially saying its fine the plonkers
Any recommendations ?

Try Peter James Insurance.
They were very easy to deal with, and didn't take the p@ss on the premium. If you want agreed value, you need to send them piccies and give them some spec info, but it looks straightforward.

Thanks and I had a lookie at the web site so will be calling tomorrow and see if I can migrate all the bikes over as my policy runs out on the in 11 days

Went with Peter James, easy to deal with, responsive, understanding of what a "special" bike means
Had to fit a tracker tho but I have a friend who does loads of trackers on the doorstep so it did not hurt much.
