Just bought some Viton orings for the timing and rotation sensors. They are better than oem imo as the cs is 2.0mm vs 1.74. They sealed perfect with no RTV.

Sounds like you resolved the sensor length issue?

Not really an issue. You just have to take it that the sensors are 30mm and just measure to the lobe and subtract 30mm to get your gap. I was a bit anal by also measuring the sensor. Anyhow, I just ended up using a new SEN8E without a gasket (rotation sensor) to get the spec...as it was like that prior. No issues.
