thanks,i sold my 998 for it because i drove more on the track than on the street and the 998 was an expensive bike just to drive on the track so i sold it both a 900SS for the track and i always loved the 888 so when i saw this one whit 18000 km on it i had to buy it

yes it is a '94 strada with some carbon,front mudguard was carbon as well before i broke it(forgot my disc lock😡 ).
wheels are aluminium marchesini's.

yes,i know no corse or SPS tank.
and i bought a 50mm exhaust system as well don't know wich brand.

Looks like a tank made by Rico Mertens! Vos Chemie is working on a coating to protect composits from modern fuels. I expect to hear from them in the near future!

yes it looks nice with the kevlar visible but i think i will paint it comlete.
could be from Rico Mertens as i bought it in the netherlands,i was suprised as well whit his asking price,i didn't even bother to lower the price.😁
let us hear something if you know about that coating.

i fitted the carbon fairing today,with some other small parts like carbon silincer brackets and the adjuster plates.
also the 50mm systeme is on my bike no.
next i have to make the cans 50mm as well.

here some pic's of my beetle.
it is a '67,it has a 1776 engine in it now wich is real fun on the road and suprise alot of cars on the traffic lights.
we are building a fire breating 2110 IDA powered engine as we speak😁
the new engine should be able to embarrass porsches and ferrari's when i launch it at the traffic lights.
it has real fuchs wheels,the fronts are rare 4,5" wheels wich where only produced in '67.

Thanks for sharing the images Henk, I have always liked the look of the Beetles, especially after seeing the Herbie films as a child. (I still enjoy watching them.)

I drove a friend's wife's car about twenty years ago and sadly the drive did not live up to my expectation but I still like the look...perhaps I should try another one some day. 😄
