i´m new here and it´s a very nice forum with a lot of nice bikes! It´s nice that are some people a round the world who wants to keep the 888/851 rolling. My name is Constantin from Germany. I have a 888 SP5 with Termignoni spagetti race exhaust and PVM forged alu wheels with 10 spoke y-design and some carbonparts. Attached you will find a pic of my bike. The yellow stickers on fearing and the michelin sticker are still removed.😉

Thanks a lot to Heizer300 for giving me the link to this forum here!!!! I hope you had a nice weekend on the racetrack in Papenburg.

I changed the wheels 3 weeks ago. Driving is easy as a monster now😄 With the old heavy ones it feels like a truck. I saved at the rearwheel total 4 kg and on frontwheel 1,8 kg. Eaters were fixed because of the police in here😁. Here some detailpics and without stickers....

I can see we have identical exhaust on our bikes, can you keep clear of the german police with Db killers?? I have heard they are quite upset with "noise cans".

No not realy😁 Was never catched with eaters but without one time. 75 € an 3 points. Was a friendly guy. Before i left the control he said to me "nice bike and a fantastic sound😉 but thats my job.

I think if he were alone with his partner he would let me go without a ticket. But it was abig control with 8 cops. Wrong time, wrong place😯

We had a ducati meeting here last year with a db-tester. 108 db with eaters and cold exhaust...........

Hello Red, Living in Holland (Nijmegen) near the German border, I'am intersted in those Db-killers. On my 888 SPO I have 50mm open termi's. Do you or anyone else know of the possibility to fit Db-killers and where to get them?

You might try repacking your Termi's with this product.

My Termi's were really loud and when I took them apart for re-packing noticed that about 1/3 of the packing was gone. I'm just re-packing them now so don't know how much less noisy they will be but it might be worth a try.

Hey Wilbert, the eaters are selfmade. Take long ones and cut them in at the end. Roll the two ends to the outside (distance as wide as your exhaust is). That´s needed, so the eater can´t swing inside the damper. It looks like a bit as an exploded gun. At the exhaustend you need a smale hole to fix the eater with a screw. Thats all.

You can modify it with some extra holes😁 for soundtunig. After that you have to check the co.
