OK here goes - so picture one is the Marzocchi duo select that seems to be available now and then on ebay. Note how the eye and the body are separate and the body is narrower than the base plate of the eye in the top left of the picture.
The second picture is my 851 Kit shock - no remote reservoir and the eye is integral with the main body and that in itself is much thicker than the ones on ebay suggested by Robert.
Finally the crack in the eye shows up perfectly with the camera flash. Nothing broken off but it does appear to be cracked right through. This is what I would like to have fixed if anyone knows whether it can be done or not.
