BARONROJO Yes Griff, camprofile is something I forgot to pinpoint but as a thum of I always turn the camshat one complete revolution to verify if there is any tight point... I don't know bevels but in think it happens in all cams... Just measure opening clearance, keed the thickness gauge in and rotate the camshat.... You'll notice it clearly always!!! I have heard that MBP collets are hard to fit... But I don't have any experience as I konw no one using them on my country. And as they EXPEEEENSIVE and used half ring go quite well.... It's my personal option, of course!
Mr.R MBP colletts are a pain to fit, but once set they stay in spec for so long that a lot of the owners on here would probably never have to adjust the shims ever again. Steve R

griff851 Do you mean in the holding the valve up? Leak down kit. I have a nice snapon one. Extra bonus as you get to check the leak down. Which you might as well as things have worn..... Cause your changing a shim. 😄
