Well I've seen Adie's bike up close and personal, in fact a few years back I awarded it "Best Modern Ducati" at the DOCGB Northern Rally that Adie now organises.
It wasn't a 100% perfect concours example, but it was a very nice, used as it was supposed to be used bike IMHO.
Unfortunately I can't make the Northern Rally this year, 🙁 I do have the weekend free but can't afford the 1,000 miles worth of petrol and the weekends partying costs £££'s...
The DOCGB Southern Rally falls on my weekend with my youngest children and their Mother won't swap the weekend with me.😏
This will be the 1st time in many, many years that I haven't made one or the other of the clubs main Rallies, however I did make Tony IOM's TT gathering so can't really complain can I?

Guys ,

Thanks to all of you whom attended.............Jasper came along on his SP5 !!!!.......lovely piece of kit that is .....he won Best 4 valve bike at the rally .A great time was had by all ,even the weather was good,just a little drizzle on the Friday evening. Sorry some of you guys couldn't make it.Totally understandable under our current economic climate here in the Uk at present. Hope you all get the opportunity to ride your 851 / 888's before winter is upon us.....make the most of the light nights and good spell of weather at present.......

Did another 250 miles on my SP2 during the rally weekend.....never missed a beat

Very nice bike fella, Im no photo judge but it sure looks good to me..I ride my bike and not too fussed if my photos dont impress the geeks..Northern Dukes kick ass
